Admission Procedure
Students interested in admission at Amenity Public School, Rudrapur can enquire through email at amenityps@gmail.com or contact the school office by telephone.
Enquiry forms can be filled online through our website, and our admissions team will promptly get in touch with you.
Alternatively, parents may download registration forms from the school website, complete them, submit the registration fee at the school office counter, and obtain the prospectus. Registration forms and prospectuses are also available directly at the school office.
The school will contact the student or parent regarding the interaction or admission test through telephone, SMS or email.
Admission Process by Class
Toddler
Toddler Admissions
For admission to the Toddler programme, parents may submit an enquiry or registration form through the school website or office.
Parents will be contacted by the school regarding the next steps and any introductory interaction required for admission.
Nursery, LKG & UKG
Pre-Primary Admissions
An informal interaction with the school staff and Principal is scheduled for the child and parents.
Parents of selected students will be informed telephonically regarding admission.
Classes I and Above
Written Admission Test
For admission to Class I and above, a written admission test will be conducted.
The test will cover English Language, Hindi Language and Mathematics.
Important Admission Guidelines
1. Fee Submission: Selected candidates must deposit the prescribed fee within the stipulated time, failing which their selection will stand cancelled.
2. Registration Form: Parents must submit the completed registration form, available at the school reception, along with a recent passport-size colour photograph and other required documents.
3. Provisional Admission: Admission will remain provisional until all required documents have been submitted and verified.
4. Accuracy of Information: Any incorrect information may result in cancellation of admission, and all fees or dues already paid will be forfeited.
