Admission Procedure

Students interested in admission at Amenity Public School, Rudrapur can inquire via telephone at or through e-mail amenityps@gmail.com

Enquiry forms can be filled online on our website, and we will promptly get in touch with you.

Alternatively, you can download registration forms from our website, fill them, submit the fee at the school office counter, and obtain the prospectus. Forms and prospectuses are also available at the school office.

The school will contact the student/parent for interaction/admission test telephonically or via SMS/email.

PRE-PRIMARY ADMISSIONS

An informal interaction for Nursery, LKG and UKG with the Staff and Principal is scheduled for the child and parents. Selected students’ parents will be informed telephonically.

WRITTEN TEST(Classes I and above)

For classes I and above, a written admission test covering English Language, Hindi Language and Mathematics will be conducted.

Selected candidates must deposit the fee within the stipulated time, failing which the selection stands cancelled.

Parents should submit the registration form that is available at school reception with a recent passport size colour photograph and other required documents.

Admission is provisional until all required documents are submitted and verified. Any wrong information may lead to admission cancellation, and all fees/dues paid will be forfeited.

LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE BROUGHT AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

  • 4 passport size colour photographs
  • Photocopy of the Aadhar Card
  • Photocopy of the report card of the last year (past 3 years for class V and above)
  • Photocopy of the birth certificate
  • Transfer Certificate, where applicable
